Summary

A number of figures and animals dressed in fancy costumes surround two sides of a square which has been pasted onto the main piece and labelled 'At the Moulin Rouge'. The square frame in the centre is illustrated with more figures in fancy costume. Another scene, separated by a line in bottom right corner, labelled 'coming home from the opera ball' featuring various figures facing viewer.
