Summary

Public: Globular moulded vase with wide flared neck, white earthenware, decorated with reduction-fired copper red glaze with lustre sheen, silver lustre on neck. Private: Globular vase moulded with four vertical depressions in a bulbous gourd form, narrow neck with wide flared rim. The whole decorated with deep sang-de-boeuf copper red glaze and pink copper lustre sheen, slightly streaked in places, white body revealed in patches round neck where glaze has curdled. Upper surface of neck rim covered in plain pale silver lustre.
