Summary

Public: Waisted cylindrical vase, white earthenware, decorated with four cypress trees and scrolling foliage, in silver lustre over a green and blue glaze. Private: Waisted cylindrical vase with flared foot and high flat shoulder, narrow neck with flared rim. Decorated with a leaf-green glaze becoming iridescent further down body and blending into a dark blue round foot. Body painted in silver lustre with four tall cypress trees against a ground of scrolling stems with heart-shaped leaves and spots. Border of silver wavy lines against blue-green glaze round foot. Plain green shoulder with collar of sky blue glaze round neck with silver outlines and patches, plain silver lustre neck.
