Summary

Public: Globular vase with tall neck, white earthenware, decorated with four running hounds between four trees, in silver lustre and copper red on a streaky orange glaze. Private: Globular vase on deep, slightly flared footring, with sloping shoulder to tall narrow neck. Decorated with a streaky and mottled orange glaze, paler round foot. Painted in silver lustre with four baying hounds, each accompanied by two small flying birds and scattered tufts of grass and small flowering plants. Four trees between hounds, with spreading branches above and heart-shaped leaves in copper lustre with silver outlines. Silver geometric border round base, plain silver footring. Iridescent silver lustre neck with spotted silver collar.
