Summary

Public: Cylindrical vase, white earthenware, decorated with flowering plants and leafy stems, in silver and copper lustre over a blue and blue-green glaze. Private: Cylindrical vase sitting on narrower footring, flattened shoulder with short narrow neck and everted rim. Decorated with a sky blue glaze blending into dark blue-green round foot. Painted in silver lustre with four tall flowering plants rising from grassy clumps at base, each with heart-shaped flowers with copper lustre centres, at intervals along stem. Separated by four serpentine leafy stems in silver, also rising from base to shoulder. Several narrow wavy horizontal bands round lower body in copper lustre. Plain silver bands round base and shoulder, spotted silver collar round neck. Dark purplish iridescent lustre rim.
