Summary

Public: Globular vase, white earthenware, decorated with sprays of flowers and leaves, in silver lustre and sky blue glaze, showing through lustrous green wash. Private: Globular vase tapering to narrow foot, with flat shoulder and slightly flared, narrow neck. Decorated with a sky blue glaze, covered in a lustrous green-brown wash, thick on shoulder, streaked and turning blue-green round lower body. Eight sprays of three forget-me-nots reserved in sky blue around upper body below shoulder, surrounded by scrolling tendrils and heart-shaped leaves reaching downwards from shoulder, in silver lustre. Border at shoulder of reserved sky blue with alternating hearts and groups of three dots in silver lustre. Plain silver neck.
