Heavy dark blue twilled cotton; double breasted with turned-down collar and pointed revers; fronts each in one section with dart on shoulder, slightly flard at sides; back in one section pleated under belt at waist, belt fastening with two buttons at front; buttoned tabs on shoulders; long sleeves in one section pleated to wristband fastening with button; two embroidered badges, red on blue, on left front: "ARP / MANCHESTER". 18 holes for detachable buttons, three buttons remain, metal, stamped ARP; patch pocket each side below waist.
