Summary

Pear-shaped cream jug tapering to flared neck with undulating rim and prominent lip. Three applied feet in the form of a paw surmounted by a lion's mask, applied strap loop handle with pinched and flattened spur at lower terminal. Two-part press-moulded body decorated on each side with pecten shell ornament, comprising large round shell surmounted by small shell flanked by leafy sprays.
