Summary

White plain weave cotton and muslin. Very narrow double cotton band, open at both short ends, deep muslin frill closely gathered on to opposite sides of both long edges. Inscribed at 1 end : "F Jarvis" and "FJ" in centre of other side. (Fanny Jarvis)
