Summary

Public: Cylindrical vase with oval depressions round sides, white earthenware, with turquoise Opalescent-veined glaze and green Starry Opalescent crystals. Private: Slightly swollen cylindrical vase with six long oval depressions round waist giving undulating form. Opalescent-veined glaze runs down vase in feathery streaks, white earthenware body visible beneath glaze. Round edge of rim, patches and one long streak of tiny pale green Starry Opalescent crystals, crystalline glaze containing cobalt fired to 1000 C.
