Summary

Public: Bowl on foot, white earthenware, decorated in greenish-brown glaze, painted with patterns in silver lustre. Private: Thrown circular earthenware bowl on raised foot with border pattern on exterior of rim of stylised anthemion motifs, with Greek key pattern around foot. Border pattern on interior of rim of star motifs inside diamonds, with six large anthemion motifs in centre of well. Both glaze and lustre decoration have run, and the lustre is poorly and unevenly fired. Patches of blue glaze visible beneath the dark greenish-brown glaze above.
