Since 2014 Manchester Art Gallery has been holding monthly autism friendly sessions on a Saturday morning aimed at children with autism and their families, features include:

• A quiet room available for moments that might be a bit difficult
The next sessions will take place 9:15 – 11:15 on:

Spinning Plates
We work in partnership with Grange School and their wonderful children and staff to help us develop our Open doors programme.
In March we celebrated World Autism Awareness Week by creating a performance called Spinning Plates with the children, artist Nicola Smith and film maker Jake Ryan.
