Summary
Wedgwood blue and white felt. Cloche shape made up of 2 interlocking sections, alternately blue and white. Left front, white, worked with topstitching following outline of section. Right front, blue. Lower left side pleated into adjoining section so that brim drops to right side. Right back, white, topstitched as on front. Left back, blue, as right front, pleated into left front. Petersham inside headband covered with white rayon.
