Summary
A street scene with an open square in the foreground. Four storey buildings surround the square and there is a street leading off to the upper left. There is a horse drawn cart at the lower right foreground. At the centre midground a group of men in uniform can be seen from behind. They are in lines of two or three abreast. A second horse and cart can be seen at the left edge, facing to the right.
