Summary
A mountainous landscape with a river recessing into it from the left foreground. In the middle ground a bridge crosses this river, while a road runs along the side of the mountain on the right. An area of the hills on the left of the composition is a yellow brown colour - in contrast to the colder browns elsewhere - and on this patch of land is a small white house. The mountains in the background have snow on them.
