Navy blue twilled wool (serge). Combinations: front and back alike: round neck, yoke of double thickness shaped in a v at lower edge, fastning on shoulders with two buttons and buttonholes each side; short sleeves in one section, gathered at shoulder; front and back below yoke each in one section, dividing for legs seamed at inner leg and gathered with elastic above edge to form frill at knee. Neck, sleeves and knee edges trimmed with lines of white braid. Skirt : Waistband fastening at front. All edge strimmed with white braid.
