Summary
Linen sleeves with cut work embroidery, shaped and seamed down outer arm. Open at wrist, finished with narow hem continuing round wrist, narrow hem at shoulder. Embroidered in pattern of lattice and eight pointed stars, with small squares linking stars to enclose lattice patterns. See also Coif & Forehead cloth (2003.78) and Collar (2003.77/2).
