Summary

Navy cloth tailcoat. Double breasted, hanging open, with three gilt domed buttons on shanks with Government insignia, on each side. Vest is black grosgrain. Black velvet turn down collar. Sleeves with deep velvet cuffs and have four small gilt metal buttons. Sleeves lined with cream rayon twill with fine black line. Body lined with black rayon satin and padded. Pocket at right chest. Black rayon loop at neck.
