Summary

Round hat without brim in pale green ribbed silk, stiffened with bleached horsehair or casein. Side of crown trimmed with a variety of multi-coloured wired silk flowers and leaves and with a silk bow CF. Inner Petersham band around edge and narrow black elastic to anchor at the back. No lining. Original circular box - unlabelled, with gold and red striped top.
