Summary

Long sleeved pop-over blouse with V neck, fastening at throat with black japanned pop-fasteners. Waistband fastening with buttons at side slits. Front has a jabot-like frilled front composed of triangles of lace bordered with georgette and secured with small buttons. Wide trumpet three quarter sleeves, have triangular slashes with lace let in. Probably an older woman's blouse.
