Tape and wool waistband 2.5cm CF, descending to rounded point 10.5cm CB. Fastening CF with metal hook and eye. Fifteen hoops 3.5cm apart; connected by seven vertical lines of tape from waist to base. Top eight hoops cut away at front. Numerous hoops missing between 8th and 9th hoop, 8th and 9th hoops not connected.
