Soft felt hat, with shallow crown, and slightly shaped soft brim. Brim turnover on outside edge. The hatband is black gros grain, with a bow at the back. the band is decorated by a large ostrich feather, which curls around the hat from the left. Half lining of black artificial silk from brim up.
