Summary

Legs separate, joined only by a few inches of seam below the waistband CB. Wide legs, gathered into a self faced waistband, which ties CF with 2 pieces of dirty white tape. Ends of legs, (above knee length), are decorated with a top sewn strip of the same material 2.5" from the hem. The hem is decorated with narrow scalloped edging of coarse cotton machine lace. All seams are self bound, the side seams are machine stitched.
