Summary

Very full waist petticoat with two layers, lower one yellow net, attached to an elasticated waistband by a strip of yellow nylon. The hem of this layer is edged with a strip of white nylon. Upp er layer is thin yellow nylon, very full, deeply flounced. Waistband is threaded with white elastic.
