Summary

Dark green wool with abalone buttons. Fastens Cf with three large flat buttons. Open to turn-over pointed collar. Front is not fitted. From end of fastening to a short slit in the seam SF there is a pleat. Three quarter sleeves. There are two short slits in the side seams at waist level presumably for a belt.
