Summary
Pale blue satin figured with sprays in white. Bodice lined with white cotton, skirt lined with white silk. Fitting bodice lining boned at waist at all seams and darts and CB fastening. High waist. Short sleeves with outer edges overlapping, trimmed with two black chenille tassels. Elbow length undersleeves of white spotted net, ruched and lined with white chiffon. Neck edged with black velvet ribbon with leaf and flower pattern applique in black velvet and white chiffon embroidered in white silk. Narrow net frill above, broad lace frill below, two long ends of black velvet ribbon hanging down back, each with black chenille tassel at end, shorter end caught to skirt. Skirt short at left side. Exposed part of lining covered with blue and white satin. LB skirt caught to LF at side and attached to lining CB. RB caught to LB at CB. Skirt cut to fall in a train. Pinked silk frill inside lining hem.
