Summary

A cylindrical box with straight sides and a deep hinged lid in a brass mount with frilled edges. Enamel on metal and painted on the lid with a bouquet of flowers in slight relief direct onto the ground, the edge is outlined with white enamel scrolls. The sides are similarly painted and all on a orange and red mesh pattern ground.
