Summary

An oval box with straight sides and a plain hinged mount. Enamel on metal and painted on the lid and body with a chequered design consisting of orange and blue panels edged in gold, the blue panels being decorated with raised flowers and the orange with brown markings. Also painted with sprays and bunches of flowers on a white ground.
