Summary

White cashmere lined with white twilled cotton. Bodice boned. Circular yoke of cream satin bands joined by openwork insertion dipping to V shape in front, with high boned collar fastening at back. Two rows of silk buttons forming narrow front V. Overlapping chiffon vest with vertical tucks and pleated frills over cream satin. Long sleeves with fitted lining; openwork insertion and buttons and wide pleated frill over lace frill at base at elbow level. Sleeves pointed at wrist, lined with satin and narrow ruched chiffon edging. Wide waistband of of pleated cream silk, pointed CB and CF with two buttons each SCF and three rosettes with centre silk button CB, fastening CB. Dress fastening CF. Bottom edge faced with cream silk. Skirt has six buttons (one missing) each side near top.
