Summary

Black net embroidered with white lace applique motifs outlined in black beads and surrounded by black spangles and with leaves in white ribbon outlined in black spangles and stems and small leaves in black beads lined in black satin. Square neck. Long sleeves with shaped cuffs falling over hand. Long narrow black satin belt. Right shoulder, base of yoke, cuffs, hem and band above hem in front embroidered with trelli design in spangles and beads. Narrow white lace sewn in scallops at hem. Remade from dress from c.1908.
