Summary

A cylindrical case with a long cap with a metal rim sliding on an inner metal sleeve. Enamel on metal and painted in colours with three panels of classical and pastoral landscapes - one on the cap and two on the body - all within gilt scroll borders on a pale pink ground decorated with trellis in raised white enamel and large dots in raised turquoise enamel. Smaller turquoise dots border each end.
