Summary

Public: An oblong box with concave sides and a hinged lid within a plain metal mount. Enamel on metal and painted in colours on the lid with a basket of flowers in a white reserve on a square panel of green around which are four sprays of flowers with the corners being filled by four quadrants in green; the sides are similarly decorated. Private: An oblong box with concave sides and a hinged, domed lid within a plain metal mount. Enamel on metal and painted in colours in the centre of the lid with a basket of flowers with insects above in a white reserve on a square panel of green decorated with white scrolls which is surrounded by coloured scrolls and four sprays of flowers; the corners being filled by four quadrants in green with white scrolls. Each side is painted with a centre panel of flowers in a white reserve on a square panel of green decorated with white scrolls, either side is a flower above which is a green quadrant. The bottom is painted with a blue flower.
