Summary
Pink/silver shot plain weave silk. Bodice lined with cotton satin in two shades of white. Very shaped front edges fastening centre front. Front edges trimmed with cream lace from neck to just below bust. Right edge trimmed to 12.7cm from hem with band of cutout embroidery in gold/cream beads & stemstitch. Standing collar trimmed with emboidery and faced with narrow cream net frill. Appliqued embroidery forming epaulette on shoulder. 101.5cm lace strip attached on right, gathered to form falling ruffle. Hem and sleeves edged with embroidery. Separate skirt lined with white cotton, opening at centre back. White petersham waistband. Inner skirt frill of pleated muslin and lace. Pocket in right side back seam.
