Summary

Royal blue corded silk. Jacket bodice, boned, with basque. High neck and front fastening with buttons. Standing collar lined with velvet, trimmings of bands of velvet on basque and in shape in revers at front. Lined to waist with white glazed cotton. Skirt fastening at back. Fullness gathered at back. Front panel trimmed with bands of velvet and velvet binding on a scalloped edge, buttons on scallops. Hooks and eyes across back, forming puff when fastened.
