Summary

Cream corded silk figured with waving looped bands and floral sprays, brocaded with floral motifs in green, red, yellow and mauve. Bodice lined with white linen. Open front and side ending in short lappet. Wide scooped neck. Elbow length sleeves, patches at shoulder and elbow. Skirt with tapes inside centre back (one missing). Pleated. Open at front with long triangular insertion at hem on each side. Pockets at sides. Pleated frill with scalloped edges on left and right opening of skirt (partly missing).
