Very broad pleated frill at hem, headed by red and black cotton bands. Belt trimmed with black and red cotton bands, fastening centre front. Made-up bow at back. Jacket : V neck to waist, front fastening under made-up bow. Basque. Side seams open below waist. Loose three quarter sleeves. Trimmed with pleated frills and black bands.
