Summary

Deep cream wool and wool/cotton figured in rosebud pattern in red and yellow, trimmed with cream satin. Two piece. Bodice lined with white cotton. High round neck with narrow band. Fastening centre front with gilt buttons enamelled in colour in geometric/floral pattern. Side seams open and laced with cream silk corded looped and ending in tassels. Centre back with with two ruched knots. Sleeve with ruched wool over cream satin ending in mixed rosette. Separate skirt fastening left back. Centre front seam open at base and laced with cords. Underskirt of stiffened muslin covered with wool over satin and wool frill at hem. Back extending into train. Trimmed with ruching and frill.
