Summary

White muslin of double thickness, top edge trimmed with lace, sewn-on picot edge at base. Leaf trimmed with lace applique and insertion, and painted with floral pattern in pale colours and with a few sewn-on spangles. Ivory sticks and guards, sticks pierced and guards engraved with scroll pattern, gilt and silver decoration on sticks and guards.
