Summary

Squat pear-shaped teapot on circular footring, with flattened shoulder and short tapering neck. Short tapering octagonal spout, heavy ear-shaped loop handle. Applied stamped reliefs in white to each side of body, comprising royal coat of arms flanked by lion and unicorn, above simple sprig of two flowerheads. Domed circular cover with baluster finial and three stamped floral reliefs, small hole pierced to one side. Deep red earthenware body with glossy lead glaze.
