Summary
Pear-shaped cream jug on three mask and paw feet, tapering to flared neck with broad lip, shaped cut rim, and crabstock handle. Applied stamped relief decoration around belly beneath lip of undulating fruiting grapevines. Cream coloured earthenware body sponged with manganese brown underglaze oxide, bleeding into glaze to give mottled streaky effect.
