Summary

Stiff leather covered case, fastening with metal clasp, hinged at back and held with satin ribbons inside. Cream satin inside lid, plush covered frame holding pins and buttons. 3 sets of pins. Round at ends with narrow neck pieces, to fasten into stud-shaped metal top with mother of pearl surrounding inner circle of blue enamel, small pieces of metal to open and close hole in base of stud. 3 small enamel and metal buttons with split rings. 2 hooks to hold matching brooch.
