Summary

Pale puce wool camlet, faded to fawn, lined with white linen and cream silk, trimmed with broad silver lace braid. Front fastening to round neck with turn-down collar, frock-style, and buttons imitating thread-worked ones. Jacket skirt front with linen pocket each side with pointed flap, with buttons with thread loops and tinsel button-holes. Back vent from waist. No back waist seam. Long sleeves with slightly shaped cuffs. All seams run, then top-stitched.
