Summary

Black silk cover trimmed with black chiffon and white lace applique. Frame in 8 sections. Black wooden ferrule with brass tip continuous with handle and ending in facetted crystal knob. Stretchers covered with black cotton braid. Deep sections of ruched chiffon round top and bottom of cover, with white lace motifs and black braid applied to silk between.
