Blue machine knitted wool. Very short legs. Shoulder straps with low round neck. Very narrow strip each side. 2 extra straps corssing low on back and attached to shoulder straps to prevent them slipping off. Emblem woven in red, white and blue on left leg with girl standing on back of flying fish.
