Summary

Baby's nightdress. White lawn. High round neck. Yoke front in one section, back yoke in two sections, open down centre. Fastening with three linen covered buttons and buttonholes. Long gathered sleeves. Openwork insertion at shoulder, armhole, edge of yoke and at neck and wrist edges. Lace on front yoke outlining square neckline, with openwork embroidery. Skirt in one width, gathered to yoke, frill at hem edged with lace and seamed with openwork insertion. Lace insertion towards hem with two narrow tucks above and three below.
