Summary

Public: Model of a dove-cot with applied doves perched on seven ledges, white earthenware, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue, yellow and brown. Private: Arched triangular model of a dove-cot, with arched doorways onto seven open ledges. Thirty one modelled birds perched on ledges and emerging through doorways, gathered in groups around small piles of shredded clay food. White earthenware, with ledges and rims edged in cobalt blue, front and side walls and birds spotted in blue and yellow, food in brown. Large modelled dove with outstretched wings perched on top of roof, spotted in blue and yellow, external ledges either side of roof broken off.
