Summary

Black stiffened net foundation. Black sprigged net trimmed with white bobbin lace (Maltese) and white satin ribbon, stiffened with black net wired at edge, covered with ribbon and trimmed with lace frill sewn with loops of ribbon, and with artificial floral sprays at top formed of white feathers and glass beads, closer trimming of ribbon loops towards base. Back section of net with full curved lower edge gathered to black net band trimmed with pearl beads, neck edge trimmed with lace. Ribbon ties bottom front corners.
