White net over black net. White lace and bright blue silk ribbon. Foundation of white net over black net fitting head. Front edge trimmed with zigzag lace frill sewn with loops of ribbon, ribbon rosette on point at top. Top of cap behind front edge trimmed with 2 crossed-over pieces of ribbon, edged with lace, falling in 2 loose ends at back. Lower part of cap covered with puffed white net below white lace. Blue ribbon ties at bottom front corners.
