Summary

Pale blue silk crepe (crepe de chine) and satin ribbon, cream net and lace. Net frill. Braod lace edge slightly gathered with elastic at back, with extra lace section sewn on below. Pleated frill at edge. Top trimmed with ruched ribbon curving down to sides. Ribbon bows sewn on towards back, with long hanging end each side.
