Summary

Baby's shirt. White linen. Formed of full width of material, selvedges at open CF. Top edge slit down from shoulder each side to form falling flap at neck back and front, shoulders seamed with openwork insertion. Neck edge each side turned back over shoulders. Short sleeves in one section cut in one with gusset under arms and gathered to shoulder. Sleeves and turned-back shoulder edges embroidered with white cotton and trimmed with narrow lace.
